Autism Friendly Legal Services

Julea Seliavski practices intersectionality in their legal work. Seliavski Law assists autistic clients or loved ones seeking protection for autistic family members. Julea recognizes that the law affects autistic people in many ways. For example, an autistic child may be more likely to face disciplinary action at school, or an autistic defendant may experience a harmful process within the defense system. For parents, it is often a battle to protect their child in education while also advocating for their basic needs to succeed. Julea also believes in meeting the client where they are at. If you are at home juggling child care and advocacy, there is no reason to make you drive out to an office. If you need to bring your stimulation device to court, as your lawyer, it is my job to make sure you get to without issues.
